  1. With the deal done and the outgoing shareholders happy, the lawyers were clearly just rewarding themselves. Since they only took a part of the cake, not the whole thing, they unerpaid themselves. Thus they were incompetent, uh, as thieves. Obviously Musk should sue them for more for having taken so little.
