  1. That's not the question here, Verranzia. The prosecution should appeal this ridiculous dismissal. The main prosecutor's point, that the ammunition outside the case is outside the case is obviously correct. There is something shady about this junior publicly resigning and blowing up the work they are supposed to be doing.
