Like many YouTube videos, this one has some really bizarre emphases. The emphatic "cod LIVER oil," around 13:10, for instance, seems to suggest a pressing concern that we not confuse it with cod kidney oil, cod brain oil, cod testicle oil or any of the other kinds of cod oil that so threaten the public's understanding of nutrition. It's nice that text readers have a written text so that they can say what the author wanted said. It's also necessary that they understand that text so that they can say what the author meant.
