I trust you're aware that your "Vote for Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre for Canadian Prime Minister" is just stupid: The Prime Minister is appointed by the Governor-General on the advice of the majority of the governing political party. No Liberal MP is likely to listen to your advice, and they're the people choosing the successor to Prime Minister Trudeau right now.

  3.  @StephenRoss-po1rp  This is not true. Canada is a solid industrial power. If we cut off a Trumpian America from cheap oil it would do no more than shave a penny or two off the international price of the Canadian dollar. If necessary we could always make up the difference by offering competitive pricing to Japan or China -- if indeed the lower dollar didn't do that automagically. The good news is a.) Trump is out of power in four years, and doesn't really control his tiny House and Senate majorities even now, and b.) Trump is a nit-wit and will probably by haring after some other shiny new toy by the time you read this.
