I bet the cost of this clunker would buy a symphony orchestra's worth of instruments for each and every school in Metro. And the airport lands would be a great place for a modern and decent replacement for Regent Park -- integrated with middle-class developmnt for the next ten or tenty years' of population growth. And what possible aural or theatrical value could there possibly be for an audience of50,000? The whole thing is just dopey.
