  3. These "New Culture" people are crazy, inappropriate in both tone and content. They are neither new nor cultured. They're welcome to disagree with the views of Labour or of anybody else, but this sort of invention of supposed "streaks" and proclivities is just low-level slander -- infantile, unpleasant, and an erosion of the tone of the public sphere. These people should go back to Mississippi or Moscow or wheverever it was they picked up their nasty habits.
