  8.  @richardstreet7518  In that case you should realise that the dual fuel propulsion system presented “risk” , and that repeated changes to the specs would present problems….which the subsequent vessels being built un Turkey would benefit from…..not least going for an all diesel “conventional “ propulsion system .

You have a detailed knowledge of what caused these delays, because if you do don’t hesitate to list them. While you’re at it give your engineering and or technical qualifications in Naval Architecture/ Marine Engineering, because clearly you’re an expert.

I’m sure lots of hard lessons have been learnt but I admire the determination of the Scottish government to support their own . Want to talk about the costs of the two new Royal Navy aircraft carriers, or the costs and delays of the armoured fighting vehicles for the army, or the inability of the U.K. to manufacture new main battle tanks , just refurbish old ones, using guns made by our former enemies, made from steel from abroad and from potential enemies in the future. You’re just a bag of wind.

Try the £265,000 cost to the taxpayer for the legal defence of Boris Johnson when he was dragged kicking and screaming before the Standards Committee for lying to Parliament, and then running away parliament…..the only Prime Minister found guilty of lying to Parliament. Try the millions upon millions of taxpayers money wasted on PPE by the Tories to their “own”. Try the London garden bridge and it’s cost. Let me know when you use it. Let me know when you travel to Manchester on HS2 from London.
