  1. Tbh if u have a mattress you can learn within 10 min. Starts with back handspring's which are basically failed backflips. Once you can comfortably do those on grass you basically can backflip with an actual jump and knees to chest method instead of flopping backwards. If u got a trampoline you could have done a backflip in the time it took to read this
