  3.  @okthen3583  very rare to have ammonium nitrate in fireworks, mostly used as an additive for fuel or fertilizer . If it was just a fireworks plant then there will most likely be some new policies put in place in that country . Probably wont allow nh4no3 to be used in explosives anymore.
