  3.  @ESR66  Well pneumonia is generally caused due to your immune system . The infection in your lungs inflames the air sacs causing them to fill with fluid. I'm almost certain I got it as a child ,I remember feeling like I was drowning. Never went to the doctor but for a few days physical activity resulted in me coughing up water like fluid. With covid tho you're prone to getting a dual infection. Virus and bacterial which makes the pneumonia even worse
