  1. No one is buying. Well sorry, they're. That would be wealthy property investors (agents, sole landlords). Otherwise the unsold properties, are given to those on handouts, benefits. Mainly those that shouldn't be on any form of benefit. Like the new, free loading arrivals. Whom all own property back in their native lands. Where, they probably received, a better education in their little village.
