  1. This is all true, but the primary reason most people including myself stay in the U.S. is because of the job market. A lot of jobs are requiring return to office and aren't allowing as much remote flexibility as during the pandemic. My job requires me to not stay outside of the state for more than 30 days due to payroll tax assessments. Giving up U.S. citizenship or leaving our jobs behind for a country with a much lower paying job market like Georgia wouldn't really make sense.

  2.  @keith2515  Not all jobs allow you to work remote all over the world and a lot are requiring you to come into the office at least few days per week. On top of that, US taxation applies no matter where you go in the world.
