The WHO should be held liable for spreading wide misinformation, they're the same people who said that there was no evidence of human to human transmission, there was clear evidence that masks help prevent the spread of the virus, but the WHO lied and said there was no evidence that it does. I understand that they wanted to prevent people from panic buying masks so that healthcare workers had access to them, but it's still lying nonetheless and not something I would expect from an institution that's supposed to be responsible for international public health.
