  2. Great video James! This kinda reminds me of the whole dropshipping craze that was going on, I wasted quite a bit of money after all these Youtubers told me I could make 6 figures from home. I guess it isn't really much of an MLM, and more of a fake guru thing where people try and get you to buy their courses and click their affiliates. You get the point though =)

  4. Hey guys I need your your help, so i'm a new real estate agent and i've been trying to find the best brokerage to work for. I was contacted by a really great agent online who said that I should join their team at a company called eXp realty. I was actually pretty impressed since it allows agents to keep all of their commissions after a $16,000 market cap and overall offers a pretty solid deal after you pay some fees. However, they have this "revenue-sharing" program where you receive a certain amount of money for every agent you recruit, and every agent they recruit, and so forth. Now I think you get where i'm going with this. The company seems pretty legitimate since it offers many other ways for agents to make money and is actually a publicly traded company on The Nasdaq, but I have my doubts. I would really appreciate if any of you guys would be willing to share your thoughts on this!
