  1. I was always very surprised that even though everyone wants to build colonies on the Moon and on Mars in extremely inhospitable conditions, nobody seemed to ever consider using the remaining 71% of Earth. Or possibly a 7th frozen continent that is just hanging around.

  4.  @GreatRetro  Well I mean they could use vertical farming to grow food and they could always receive shipments from land. Plus Aircraft Carriers are at sea for years and can handle storms pretty well

  5.  @GreatRetro  You don't really need meat to survive, plus lab grown meat is just on the horizon. As for the storms we're most likely going to have to start building them on the equator where storms are less likely and less severe

  16.  @ukko8457  It definitely won't be easy, but we're good at doing hard things, (That's what she said), we've already made plans to colonize harsher environments such as Mars and the Moon. This is only another mission in our conquest.
