This is sad and tragic and I am dissapointed in your parents allowing this. Puberty will change a lot of things for you - you will look different and you will think in a different way and I hope you do not have surgery until you grow up. So much can change for you at this time in your life please do not rush into anything which will affect the rest of your life. Being a woman isn't all it's cracked up to be sometimes particularly when you are attacked by a man or boy.
