When human beings have sexual intercourse they will have offspring. Perhaps there are parts of the World where the governments will need to put contraceptives in the food and water. These people are living like rats in rat holes. In fact the real rats are better off than these overcrowded people because they can look after themselves but mankind wasn't meant to 'live' like this.
