  2. As a teenager I stopped eating to lose weight. I fasted for about 2 to 3 weeks or thereabouts. only drinking water. I lost a lot of weight so I was delighted but when I decided to eat again it was difficult, for several weeks I could only eat small amounts of anything. It was a long time before I could eat much at all.
