I grew up in similar attitudes in Naples "millionaire" Florida. I grew up when there was a middle class working family & going to school was like surviving a jail for poor people. Principles & teachers looked down their noses at us, not just yhe students. Then we would have to deal with the wealthy that vacationed there-they didn't want to see our "poor person" neighborhoods & kept pushing us further out of the city that needed us to clean up after them. Yea, I like my minivan home. I have loved every state I have been to since leaving my Florida prison. Washington State is spectacular -Florida actually looks ok from here 🧐🙏❣️
