It seems It is Uncle Sam who wants to prolong the war in terms of sanctions alongwith NATO ; It is for France , Germany, China , India , Iran to jointly talk to Russia and stop the war immediately; This is to save both ukrainians suffering due to bombs and Russians suffering from devastating economy and the whole world suffers from Inflationary pressures; If they do it , Whole world appreciate ; War is self destructive; Putin started may be true ; But he was forced by Uncle Sam in terms of NATO expansion eastwards;
