China should form an Eastern Block ; It should openly declare through proper ratification that it will not wage war against any country ; It should also settle all border disputes with its neighbors including India ; Many countries are willing accept China as a Big Brother ( truly it is ) But doubt on their friendship for long term ; It is for china to clear this mistrust and work for sharing prosperity with clear plans ;
