Agree with Vir ; It is a grey area and Indian Govt should retain the power of assassination in foreign soil alongwith deniability ; This is irrespective of any govt in the Centre ; Never make it politically sensitive; For eg , present Govt taking credit and opposition finds an opportunity; After all it is a question of life of many Indians;
