  2.  @darkthunder7441  what publicity ; Do not mix politics with any incident ; It is a great health idea ; Doing sit ups in the open with many people around is a good way to discipline oneself ; Given free time , we will engage ourselves in you tube and make some toxic comments on each other and definitely will not do sit ups; This is applicable in general and not for all ; This can be made into Law ; Also at young age, students should do daily physical work outs in their school together for shaping up their body and mind ; this also can be a law if needed
