Some how , Equal representation has to be established which is Justice and Constitutional ; Constitution never talk about South / North / East / West parts of India ; it is politicians making ; Let it pave the way for National Parties to thrive in State elections ; All State parties try to become National parties ( Or ) vice versa ; Then there is no complaint ; My personal view is State parties are redundant and exist only to take credit in Union Govt Schemes while unnecessarily opposing Union Govt ; This has to be done away with first ;

  3.  @premnathd  Ji , Giving / sharing with other States are better than taking away in an illegal fashion ; Sand , Liquor , Cinema etc become illegal and total revenue goes to Party bigwigs; Very difficult to book this illegal activities , under current law ; These are to name a few and God and Dravidians know what are other Illegal ongoing activities;
