China means Business ; Lending at High rates ; If it is returned with Interest and Principal, it makes fine business ; If not , the Target Government will allow china to utilise their resources mainly Mined Ores ; These Mined ore Resources will be transported to china , value added and sold in the world market ; Only Issue is ,if there are protests by public in the name of environment ; But these protests can be easily managed with hard cash ; In fact most of the protests are for money only ;
