In TN Caste can not be eliminated as it contributes to economy despite political rhetorics ; one caste control retail business ; Another one are entrepreneurs; Some castes are agriculturalists and control land ; While one caste is reduced to labours ( in general ) , one caste left the State for greener pastures ; For elections Candidates are nominated by parties purely on Castes which sustain the system ; Tamil Nadu politics totally revolve around deep rooted caste system and corruption, Commission and Collection

  2.  @akashshetty2736  May be ; But in TN entire society is within few castes and caste is a dominant factor in politics while politicians cry from the roof top that they are going to dismantle caste system since independence ; I point out this double standards ;
