Terrorist problems if allowed , will spread to all other states like cancer ; Gun culture , drug trafficking, Human trafficking, illegal businesses for which seperate States are solicited it seems ; India needs a seperate independent central agency to control this deadly menace; Awareness should be created on the agencies asking for seperate states ;
