SpaceX amateur engineers were unable to build powerful enough engines, so they went with the daft idea of putting 33 engines to achieve the needed thrust; with potentially that many points of failure, if there are no backup engines to take over failed ones. If all 33 engines are necessary, then, with no built-in redundancy, it can be considered a design flaw!

  35. But the problem with this scenario is that Hitler was not against the West, but virulently against Bolshevik Russia, and his treaty with the latter was meant to buy time. Otherwise, you are correct, Hitler should have finished off Britain, still panting from the defeat in France, waited to have more adequate materiel in quantity, before tackling the USSR. Yet there is no guarantee he would have won, but at least he wouldn't have been defeated as he was.
