  1. It’s hard to prove intent unless there’s evidence of animosity against his opponent. But looking at the actions at the moment we at the very least can see there was malicious intent to hurt or maim. I hope the guy will not weaponise the racist card to get away with a crime. This country already has a reputation of the Police force being terrified of any racist allegation .
