  1. In the Philippines where a large percentage of kids don't have access to the internet, they have an alternative "module learning", which is basically written weekly assignments. I refuse to believe America doesn't have the funds for even just tablets for kids. The government spends billions on corrupt cops and corporate handouts, but on education? The foundation of the future generations and the main way democracy moves forward? Nah.
