The Constitution allows for the following basic rights Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the right to bear arms Life liberty and pursuit of happiness. Explain how those rights are being denied? and by whom?

  18.  @djg585 , a militia is usually well organized and trained in some form of military combat. I'm sure some of these people where veterans, but most of them where not. They only have guns but the Constitution allows it.
