A crash will be good for California in the long run like in many other areas. The current prices can’t be sustained and I suspect will take a hit if the fed does raise rates.

@Cryo837 I feel the same way when it comes to the interest rates. I’ll believe it when I see those three hikes. They know it’s what they really need to do and the right thing to do but will they do it is the question

@naveenthemachine Yes its risky, but its an unfortunate growing pain that our country needs to go through. Because the situation we're in right now, is a complete fantasy. Everything just looks ok on the surface due to all of the govt influence and manipulation. If we want be a capitalist country, then business and jobs that can't hack it must fail, and new ones will prevail. People who lost one job, can now learn a new skill and get a new job if theirs happens to go away.

@buildingbuildercip8292 We will certainly be run into the ground unless they start restricting the money supply, and letting businesses fail that cannot make it without stimulus. Providing the laws in their area are not forcing them to enforce vaccines / laws that hurt their business.
