As someone in the business for the past 13 years, its staggering how many people I have seen "come and go" over the years. Honestly, I see this as good news though, because there are way too many incompetent unprofessional people in the business.

@bluebirdnerd I know I don’t know which one is worse dealing with clients with high expectations or stupid realtors that don’t know what you’re doing LOL. It’s enough to make anyone insane

@jc4evur661 yes that’s very true and part of the problem with that too is a lot of states make it very easy to get a real estate license. It should be much harder to prevent that sort of behavior. But of course the state makes money off of license fees so their incentive is to just hand out more license and make more money

@jc4evur661 I think that some markets are in a much more of a bubble than others. Markets that went up 50-60% in the past couple years are in much more danger than ones that saw a 20% increase on for example

@jc4evur661 Some markets are more in a bubble than others, like ones that have seen 40-50% appreciation in the last 18 months. Those places are in more danger of a bubble popping than markets that saw a 15-20% increase
