  5. That is so true Travis, interest rates being artificially low for too long is what got us here. Many people in my comments like to blame investors, and even though investors have bought up a lot of homes the reality is, the majority of purchases we've seen in past couple years have been from regular folks who could afford a really nice home, because prices were good and interest rates super low, allowing them to buy much more home than they could today.

  11. I hear you, the only thing that makes me think the home prices will stay pretty high in most of FL is desirability. So many people keep pouring in here from everywhere. I think it will take a global economic meltdown for that to really come to a halt.
