  3. Most of those closing restaurants aren’t hi-$$ establishments…more for us middle class/lower class eaters. I’ve never used Uber eats. In China, we rarely had food delivered, although it was available. We got in the car and we drove to the restaurant, like Pizza Hut or Pappa John’s, but we usually ate at a wonderful hotel buffet…even in 2020.
