The Mines and some Steel Mills remain closed, many thousands of workers are displaced as Kyiv is incapable of supporting the industrial output of Donbas, that influenced the Citizens there to vote for their Independence. We began the Ukraine Conflict with 3 billion bucks worth of weapons and a 16 billion buck IMF loan to make Ukraine into a Colony..... It appears that the intention was to drive Russia out of the Gas business that they built? US ethics seem to have not improved since we attempted to make Vietnam into a Colony?
