What about getting 0% cap gains and for income with a complex trust (1041) on the front end handling all business and trading related activities, and then after deductions and expenses, donate remainder into a private family foundation (990 PF)= 0% taxes then from there can loan $ back to the biz trust, and the interest rate can be used as an expense for the biz trust. Also infinite banking with whole life insurance. It what all the elites do. Would be amazing to compare this strategy to the Act 60.

  34. Or Option # 4; Set up a 1041 complex irrevocable trust system (3 trusts) and use those as the front end for business and assets (each has expenses, deductions and donates into the next. After all that, Donate the remainder into a 990 PF private family foundation and this brings things down to under 10%. Then the foundation can make loans back to the business trust to expand it and the interest rate is an expense. Capital gains have a 5 year carry over. An LLC via K1 fits in nicely with this system as well. Combine this with a whole life insurance policy and infinite banking and its bulletproof. This is what the elites do. Trusts, foundations and insurance policies.

  38. If you move to Turks, youll want to get into kitesurfing at long bay on Provo. a love for the ocean and beach is required. Providenciales is the best island...and grace bay just had a Ritz Carlton open up and a Hyatt coming soon. Its a great weather Dec through May, then it gets too hot. Bring your own special someone, not much of a social scene.

Im trying to decide between Canada and Australia...with France or New York City, Portland or California also in the mix. That would be a cool Nomad Quadfecta. If you are a US citizen, just get a 1041 complex irrevocable trust where 1 of the 3 is a family trust and all expenses; food, travel, utilities, entertainment, everything is a deduction against the income. then each trust donates into the next. Then when less than 10% is left over use a 990 PF foundation that can then make a loan back to the biz trust. Next level system. Very special and unique! internationally recognized!
