  1. I believe Ukraine is 5% if you stay there 6 months a year? winters are too cold. Plus lets see what happens with Russia. Columbians are super nice and great warm weather!

  2. Puerto Rico is 0% cap gains, 2% biz taxes for the first 5 years (if under 3 million) and 75% off property taxes but the vax mandates are way overboard and its a super leftist socialist corrupt govt.
