  1.  Pat Risberg  no. digital is totally different than crypto. if i have crypto on my ledger or trezor i am my own bank. what you are referring to is crypto sitting on a centralized exchange under kyc.

  2. therew no way crypto can be seized unless its sitting in a centralized exchange like coinbase, binance, kraken ect. private keys, just like holding your own gold.
