Greenland is not afraid of them. Canada is not afraid of them. Communist Cuba is not afraid of them. In fact . . . no country in the world is afraid of having American weapons in their country or near their country. Only Russia is afraid of having American weapons nearby. Think about that.

There is no chance at all that all of the people in a country are going to vote to start a war where they have to consider that their own sons will be killed.
