  2. @Paul Ingram Actually I drink the vinegar because of a peptic ulcer. A peptic ulcer is like a bacterial skin infection, but it is in the stomach. When I eat, the bacteria in my stomach eats the proteins of the food I am eating and starts multiplying. That causes, gas, bloating, burning, and burping. A shot of vinegar kills off all of the excess bacteria and within 10 to 15 minutes my stomach is all calm and soothing. (Of course, I dilute it before drinking it). It works better than Pepto-Bismol. 😎👍 🇺🇸 ✝️
