@callipitter8474 You have a very convoluted way of "thinking." Are you a communist or an athiest?? 🤷♀️ 🤷♂️ Not much difference really -- they both hate God.

Unborn women have rights.

No. The Supreme Court abortion decisions are based upon their interpret of rights protected by the Constitution. Overturning a Supreme Court interpretation of the Constitution would require an amendment to the Constitution and that would require a two/thirds vote in Congress. It could not be done by Congress just passing a law.

@DutchStar Are you feeling alright? The entire Roe vs. Wade court case is about abortion.

@DutchStar You obviously did not investigate before you made your comment. It is about: The child's Constitutional right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness versus the mother's Constitutional right to be free and secure from government interference (right to privacy). In an abortion, those two rights are in conflict and a fair balance has to be determined by the Court. Next time, you want to comment about abortion, go read the ENTIRE Roe vs. Wade Supreme Court decision LIKE I DID. 🤷♂️ Then you will be intelligent like me and know what you are talking about instead of just making up your answers. 🤷♀️

@sheilalopez3983 I think it is very unlikely there will ever be a democratic governor in Texas no matter how long you stall. In the meantime . . The new federal law would get challenged by the right and struck down by the Supreme Court as being unconstitutional and that would open the floodgates for other states to follow Texas' lead with no possible challenges. 🤷♀️ 🤷♂️

@garyhicks9506 Are you trying to explain law when you do not understand it? The Constitution guarantees the child the God-given unalienable right to "Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness." If Congress made any law that infringed on the child's "Right to Life," that law violates the Constitutional guarantee to Right to Life and can be challenged in the Supreme Court. The specific word "abortion" is not required in order to do that.

@callipitter8474 Which make good sense because you have no intelligence yourself -- so you will get what the person is saying. 🤷♂️ 🤷♀️
