  9.  CHN ADVANCE HATERS Nightmare !!  The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) fights against dictators and tyrants of any form all over the world. It is the propaganda arm. They write newspaper articles, give speeches, and do other written work in an effort to bring down tyrants. They "encourage" the citizens of a country to overthrow tyrants. But they do not get directly involved in overthrows or financially support military activities. You should be able to understand the overthrow of tyrants by remembering the communist revoluton. That is the kind of activity NED encourages. The United States fights against dictators and tyrants all over the world, but has no interest in imperialism whatsoever.
