ā@freeborn204 In the United States people are allowed to support terrorism. That is guaranteed freedom of speech. But you have to do it on public property. If you are on private property, the property owner may not allow that.

You cannot make up an imaginary scenario and then call someone a hypocrite based upon what you imagine they might do in a situation.

She can express herself in her jail cell. No one will stop her.

There have been weeks of negotiation and no agreement. The students demand for the universities to boycott Israel. The universities do not agree.

Americans are capable to take care of their own rights. They INVENTED modern democracy that every country has copied.

Not true.

Truth? What truth? There is no "genocide" in Gaza. You cannot even speak the truth.

Speaking as an unbiased American, the Palestinians have caused all of their own problems with their constant bombings and non-stop attacks upon Israel. If you will check your Palestine history, the first 6 massacres are Palestinians against Jews. The Native Americans did exactly the same thing. This is American proverb: "If you keep doing what you have been doing, you will keep getting what you have gotten."

š 360 million Americans are NOT protesting . . .

The protest was against the school. The students are demanding the school to boycott Israel.

Americans are colorblind.

You cannot make up imaginary scenarios and then call people hypocrites because you imagined they would be.

It is. If she moved off of school property and protest on the sidewalk, she cannot be arrested. She was being stubborn.
1
@untamedVagabondĀ Now you are being stubborn. Deliberately refusing to accept and understand obvious simple concepts. You should go with her. Since you are so open and "free," maybe I will come set up a protest inside your house and exercise my free speech rights there.
1
@untamedVagabondĀ Universities in the United States are not public property. They are owned by private corporations. But elementary schools are public property. So you think that because elemtary schools are public property that some college students could just go set up a big protest at an elementary school? And go inside to shower and use the bathrooms? Not a chance. Of course there are reasonable restrictions. Reasonable restrictions are not a restriction on your freedom or your rights. Stop being stubborn about it. You do not know or understand what democracy is (actually you are refusing to understand). Democracy does not give you the right to trample all over someone else's rights. (Perhaps you don't know.)

Using zip ties is violence ? Nice country.
1
The university administration decides who can protest on their campus and who can be arrested. Everyone who refused to leave was arrested.

Trespassing is a misdemeanor charge -- not a felony.

Palestinian and liberal professors teaching at American universities.
1
It is not backlash from state. The university called the police for help.
1
Freedom of speech is on PUBLIC PROPERTY. You are being ridiculous.
1
What "injustice and tyranny" ??? Gaza attacked Israel . . . Israel is defending their country. This is standard war procedure. Are you brainwashed like the girl?
1
Yes it is.
