  2. You folks are funny. I am retired in Arkansas. I get $840 a month in Social Security and I live comfortably on it. Of course my house is paid for. The main thing is to get your real estate cheap. Move out of New York and San Francisco.

  3. Okay. I can say this: If you make $20 per hour, that is $3500 a month, and the internet says that you can afford to lease a brand new Tesla at $700. Obviously, if you live in an ultra-high real estate state, those numbers do not work. Real estate costs are the key.
