  2.  @Leonion6  Not necessarily. The original name of Ukraine is Kieven Rus. That is where the name Russia derives from -- the Rus ians. It is also where the name Belarus derives from -- Beautiful Rus. Ruslan would be Rus Land. Rus is very common in that region as a name. I was saying that his whole name could be just Rus. Just like someone could just name their child John -- not Jonathon.
