@topquark6919 The fact is . . . Most citizens in Russia or China believe only their country has nuclear capabilities and can single-handedly destroy all other countries. Their government television stations do not discuss the capabilities of other countries. They are told that America nuked innocent civilians in Japan and is an evil country for doing that. But they are not told that the United States continued weapon development or how many. They are also not told that spies stole the nuclear plans from the United States and sold them to Russia. They think their brilliant scientists developed the weapons on their own.
