  4. When I lived in a desert we got some snow. Being a desert means that only get less rain than other places. Some deserts can get very cold. Particularly deserts get cold overnight because there is no cloud cover to hold the heat down.

  6.  @tsunamis82  Well to be specific . . . All communists are atheists and they even have a rule that only atheists can join the communist party. And it turns out that God does not like being rejected or ignored. So He buries them under a mountain of snow in order to express His displeasure. Indirectly speaking . . . God is shutting down China's economy from a number of different directions, including weather warfare. What precipitated God's decision to do this is that the CCP has been lipping off to the United States over the last couple of years and God does not like atheist countries lipping off to the United States or any of His Christian countries. So He is shutting China down.

  7. That is what I was thinking. I have never heard of one of the great lakes freezing. Those lakes contain so much energy that even the waves are ice breakers. That would truly be an ice age.

  9. Taiwan is not actually "part of China's territory. It is considered a part of China, but is also a nation with its own national government. Beijing has never told Taiwan what to do and has no control whatsoever over Taiwan.
