Christians are not "obligated" to celebrate Christmas. It is entirely voluntary.

Christianity in China has been present since the early medieval period and it has gained a significant amount of influence during the last 200 years. The Syro-Persian Church of the East appeared in China in the 7th century, during the Tang dynasty. Catholic Christianity was one of the religions patronized by the emperors of the Mongol-led Yuan dynasty.

The 2 cities Sodom and Gomorra in the Bible that God destroyed from the sky with fire due to their "parties" were located in Israel near the Dead Sea. That was about 4000 years before America was born. No country has a license on sin. It is an INDIVIDUAL choice. Also LGB is NOT American "culture." This type of sin is rejected by almost every American.

Christian is not a country -- it is individual -- some do, some don't.

Actually, Americans would never do a channel like this. I am guessing that it is run by a religious group that the CCP has persecuted.

Christmas has no resemblance whatsoever to the "pagan festivity."

Try understanding China as a religious cult and not as a country. It will make more sense.

@gregparrott CCP controls and brainwashes the whole country -- not just party members. Most Chinese are very loyal to China, the government, and the ideas that have been brainwashed into them.

The Chinese constitution guarantees freedom of religious thought. The next paragraph says you cannot do anything that would be crossways with the government.
