The father of the child is the first one to take over if the mother is not available. After that, there are plenty of family members who can do it. It is not the responsibility of any STRANGER to raise your child. It is YOUR FAMILY'S responsibility. And YOUR FAMILY can do the best job of it.

@Ian-nl9yd I grew up in a poor family and have been poor all of my life. I think I know something about being poor. I am currently retired, and I collect $840 a month from Social Security. But the government takes part of that to pay on my school loans. So I live on the rest. I get food stamps, and you are completely wrong about them canceling for any reason. Qualifications for food stamps are based on your income and your resources PERIOD. If you qualify, you automatically get them. There is a work requirement for 55 and under. They have to be looking for a job to qualify. Other than that IF YOU QUALIFY, you get them. I did not say it is a perfect system. No system is perfect. But that has nothing to do with it, does it? And you are overlooking that if there are any problems with the system, those problems can get fixed.

@gearboxworks My advice is not to make assumptions about people you do not know. You ended up being wrong on almost everything you said. For starters, I knew about covid when it first existed in China before anyone in the United States had even heard about it, and I was online with people in Hong Kong advising them what kind of mask to wear when covid reached Hong Kong. So you could not be more wrong. Secondly, I see no problem at all with the government doing quarantines or requiring vaccines, as long as there is an exception for people where it violates their religious beliefs. However, the MRNA vaccines are not traditional vaccines. They are new untested, unproven, experimental vaccines. And I hope that you would be against the government experimenting on Americans as if they are guinea pigs. Thirdly, I am not against the government giving a TEMPORARY financial boost to the economy in an EMERGENCY SITUATION to prevent an economic depression. Fourthly, I attended public school, and I support the idea of public schools as long as public schools are not used by the enemy to indoctrinate our children with false religious teachings. Fifth, conservatives are strongly against any government interference in your personal life whatsoever. But obviously, that would not include murdering your own children. I should not have to explain something so obvious. 🤷 Sixth, your calling murder a "safety net" is just an outright lie. People go to Hell 🌅 for lying.

The milk in milk chocolate is full of proteins, vitamins, and minerals. So if we let mothers buy milk to put in a baby's bottle, why can't they buy milk in a candy bar? You are not making sense. As far as steak . . . You cannot buy steak with food stamps anyway because it is too expensive. People on food stamps buy hamburger. And your idea that it is for a limited time is wrong. Food stamps qualify for a whole year now. And many people will be using them for their whole life. I am retired and I have been getting food stamps since 2010. And that is only one example. Do you really think I want to only eat rice and beans for 30 years???? And never have a candy bar for 30 years????????
